After you fill and submit the form at these centers, the staff uploads it to the government portal on your behalf. You receive an acknowledgment receipt with the submission date, time, and a unique tracking ID.

What Information Is Required in the Subhadra Yojana Form

The form is divided into three parts personal details, bank details, and income details.

One thing to note: there is no separate Subhadra App for public applicants. The SUBHADRA Mobile App is only for Designated Agency operators at CSC centers who conduct the e-KYC process. Citizens apply through the web portal only.

Who Can Fill the Subhadra Yojana Form Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Women between 21 and 60 years of age who are residents of Odisha. Age is calculated based on the date of birth in the Aadhaar card, not any other document.

What Happens After Form Submission

After form submission and e-KYC, your application goes through government database verification. In some cases, a field verification may also be conducted.

Once approved, your name appears in the Beneficiary List. The first installment of 5,000 is credited on Raksha Bandhan (August) and the second installment of 5,000 on International Women’s Day (March 8). Payments are transferred directly to your Aadhaar-linked bank account through DBT.

The 4th installment was successfully released on March 8, 2026. The 5th installment is expected on Raksha Bandhan, August 2026.
